Every organization thrives when its leaders grow—both individually and collectively. The Leadership & Professional Development Evaluation Program provides a personalized, structured approach to evaluate, strengthen, and align the leadership capacity within your organization.

 

Approach

Focusing on three core levels of impact: Individuals → Divisions → Organization, the phased process ensures that every participant receives individualized attention, while the organization gains insight into how to foster a more connected, high-performing leadership culture.

Phase 1: Evaluate & Understand

  1. DISC Personality Assessment & 1:1 Session – Each participant completes a DISC assessment, followed by a personalized, one-hour review with facilitator Bart Fischer to explore personality & leadership style as well as growth opportunities.

  2. Small Group Sessions – Leaders are grouped by shared development themes for facilitated discussions and reflection on communication, collaboration, and leadership effectiveness.

  3. Peer Connection & Reflection – Leaders engage in peer meetings to deepen understanding, strengthen relationships, and generate insights that benefit the broader team, followed by a facilitated group session to capture observations and reflections.

Phase 2: Develop & Grow

Using insights from Phase 1, Bart collaborates with your organization to recommend, design and implement tailored professional development plans. Options may include:

  • Individual mentoring or coaching

  • Continued small group sessions with organizational peers around refined topics

  • Peer or industry network connections

  • Targeted training and development opportunities
