I am a strategic and relational leader, mentor, and coach with over 20 years of experience in public administration and consulting. My career is defined by helping to implement transformational strategies in relationships, and earning recognition for cultivating authentic, trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. 

My Story

At some point along the journey, many of us hit a wall. For me, it came as a quiet realization that something was missing. That I wasn’t fully living or working in the most authentic way, and that the passion I once felt had faded. After years of leading city organizations, I started to notice a pattern: leaders were struggling with the daily realities of working with staff and navigating relationships with elected officials or board members, often without a trusted guide to lean on. That’s when it clicked. I saw a real need for an advisor and mentor who could help leaders move through these challenges in a way that felt genuine and sustainable. At the same time, I rediscovered my own passion for building meaningful relationships and helping others find clarity, growth, and purpose in both their professional and personal lives.

I am passionate about leading by serving others, practicing servant and symphonic leadership, and simplifying complex issues to achieve profound results. As a uniquely qualified and effective translator of human perspectives, I help clients achieve their professional, personal, leadership, and relationship goals.

●  Group Leadership Facilitation: Leading organizational leadership and culture assessments, as well as strategic and goal setting conversations.

I also have the privilege to teach and mentor students as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Bethel University (MN), teaching a course in Public Administration.
